Our dedicated management and accounts department is one of the most well known property management companies in London. Managing several hundred properties across the capital is what we specialise in.

From our base in Hampstead, north-west London we are on call to protect your home and ensure that you are inconvenienced as little as possible while your property is rented out. Our accounts team monitor that your tenant's rent has been paid and is up to date (if instructed to collect). We are also able to pay bills, service charges and ground rent on your behalf if required. For clients taking possession of new developments, we can even provide snagging and key handover services. This combines to provide a complete and worry-free service for landlords living overseas from their investment.

A personal service

We aim to ensure the process of being a landlord is as stress free as possible. As a result, we assign each landlord with a personal property manager in London to take care of their property and tenants, as well as a property manager at our China,
Hong Kong, India, Malaysia and Singapore offices to cater for any day-to-day enquiries. All our property managers work closely together to provide a seamless and personal service to clients across geographical locations.

Therefore, our lettings and management departments work together closely and if a property isn’t letting,we respond quickly by making recommendations to you, which may include general maintenance work or enlisting the help of our partner company which specialises in providing furnishing solutions for rental properties and can provide the furnishings needed to attract the best possible professional tenants.
